Singapore Peranakan Food

Casa Bom Vento Express

11.30am – 7pm

The anticipated comeback of a food legend, New Casa Bom Vento is famous for its authentic Eurasian-Peranakan food. There is no better place to savour the best of Singapore’s rich Peranakan and Eurasian culinary heritage, as the brand serves up some of the oldest European-Peranakan dishes with recipes dating back some 500 years.

Established in 1995, Casa Bom Vento was helmed by Chef Lionel, who has over 10 years of experience working in hotels. Coming from a long line of cooks and food lovers, it was only natural that Lionel shared his love for Eurasian and Peranakan food with gourmands in Singapore. Committed to preserving this culinary heritage, every dish at Casa Bom Vento is lovingly made from scratch with a keen attention to detail to retain authenticity. Every ingredient is carefully picked out to create great value dishes with top quality produce.

Savour their well-known signatures such as the fiery Devil’s Curry, Singapore’s only Vegetarian Blue Pea Nasi Ulam, crowd-favourite Ayam Buah Keluak and many more. Look out for their range of weekly rotating specials as well, and make sure to not miss out on your favourites. Presented beautifully on banana leaves, New Casa Bom Vento’s dishes are a feast for both the eyes and the palate.
